I am really struggling with my digestion lately. Like, for the past few weeks, I’ve felt bloated and heavy, and the doctor said I should try isabgol to help with my gut issues. Problem is, I have no idea how to take isabgol properly. I bought this pack of psyllium husk from a local store, and now I’m sitting here confused. Like, do I need to mix it with water or something? I read somewhere it’s best to drink it with warm water, but does that really make a difference? Also, I've seen recommendations about taking it at different times, like before meals or after, and honestly, it's a bit much! Just yesterday, I mixed a spoonful into my morning smoothie, but I don't know if that was the right call. Should I be more strict about how to take isabgol? I’m trying to improve my health here!
