I am really worried because the other day I started feeling this awful pain in my side, like right under my ribcage, and honestly, it got worse really quick. I’ve never had these issues before, but I was out with friends and paired some spicy food with a few drinks, might’ve overdone it, and ugh, now I’m regretting it. This liver pain is no joke! I’ve tried taking some over-the-counter meds, thinking that would help, but no luck. I did some research and kept seeing stuff about detoxing and natural remedies for liver health. Everyone's saying, "just try these herbs!" but like, how to stop liver pain immediately? Is there something I can do right now? I read about dandelion and milk thistle but can those help in the moment? Feels like a tricky situation, and I’m not sure if I should just wait it out or if there’s something I can take that would make the liver pain lessen fast. Is there any yoga or breathing exercises or something that could help? Really hoping someone has practical tips, because being stuck with this pain is the worst! What do you suggest?
