I am really confused about how to eat isabgol lately. I’ve read that it can help with digestion and stuff, but I tried mixing it with water like it said, and honestly, it’s not working well for me. Last week, I started feeling bloated after every meal, and my friend suggested trying isabgol. I bought a whole pack, thinking it’s gotta be good, right? But now I’m just lost. I tried sprinkle a spoonful on my breakfast, and it kinda clumped up. Not super appetizing, and I didn't feel any different! I’ve also mixed it with yogurt, but again, it just seems kinda weird and I’m not sure if that’s the right way how to eat isabgol. My husband even joked that it looked like birdseed on our table when I made it yesterday, which didn’t help my motivation. What’s the best way to incorporate isabgol into my routine?
