I am struggling with piles for the past year! It's seriously affecting my daily life, and I feel like I've tried everything. The discomfort is always there, and sitting for too long is becoming a nightmare. I’ve read a ton about how to reduce piles without operation, but every article seems to say something different. My friend mentioned some Ayurvedic remedies and suggested I look into it, but I don’t even know where to start. I've been using over-the-counter creams, but they only give temporary relief.
