I am feeling super frustrated lately. My digestion has been really off, like it's a constant rollercoaster of heartburn and irritability. I was thinking maybe it's all about my pitta. For the past few weeks, I’ve been stressed out at work, plus I’ve been eating a ton of spicy foods because, you know, I love them!
