I am really struggling with constipation lately, and I’ve heard people talk about isabgol as a natural remedy. I honestly don't know much about it, but I've tried increasing my fiber intake and drinking more water, but it hasn't helped much! A friend mentioned that is isabgol good for constipation, but I’m skeptical. Like, how does it work? I mean, I get that it’s some fiber stuff and absorbs water, but how effective can it be? Last week, I started taking some over-the-counter laxatives, and though they kinda worked, I really don’t want to rely on those. I had this really embarrassing moment after going out for dinner – I just felt so bloated and couldn’t go, which made things super uncomfortable. I read online that isabgol might be gentle on the stomach, but then again, some people say it can cause gas? Ugh, I really don’t know what to do! If is isabgol good for constipation, how should I take it? Like, do I need to mix it with water or something? And how long does it usually take to see results? Any tips or thoughts would be appreciated. Just really looking for a natural solution here!
