I am really struggling with this issue and need your input. A while back, I got diagnosed with piles, and to be honest, it's been so uncomfortable and painful. I tried to watch what I eat, but I still have these awful flare-ups. Few weeks ago, during a family get-together, there was this really tempting pork dish, and I couldn't resist. I mean, is pork good for piles? Like, does it make things worse or better? I practically felt fine afterward, but then, a day or two later, I was back to square one.
