I am really struggling with this issue and need your input. A while back, I got diagnosed with piles, and to be honest, it's been so uncomfortable and painful. I tried to watch what I eat, but I still have these awful flare-ups. Few weeks ago, during a family get-together, there was this really tempting pork dish, and I couldn't resist.
