I am really struggling with this uncomfortable issue, and just thought I’d reach out for some advice. A few months ago, I started to notice some pain and discomfort during bathroom visits, and after some online research, I found out it was piles. Super embarrassing, but the pain was intense, and there was even some bleeding. I went to the doctor, and he recommended surgery, but I really, REALLY want to avoid that if possible. I've been looking into natural remedies and wondering how to remove piles without operation. I read that diet plays a big role, so I’ve tried adding more fiber, but it feels like nothing really helps. Also, my friend suggested warm baths and some herbal remedies, but I’m not sure which ones work best for this. I mean, I just want to find a way to fix this without going under the knife! Has anyone had success with natural treatments? I’ve heard about things like aloe vera and witch hazel but don’t know how to use them or if they even really work. Just feeling kinda lost and frustrated. If you guys have any tips on how to remove piles without operation, I would LOVE to hear what worked for you!
