I am feeling really anxious because I've recently been dealing with some pretty scary stuff in my health. A few days ago, I had this sudden episode of black vomit! Like, one minute I was just eating pizza with friends and the next, I was rushing to the toilet. It looked super concerning, like something I only see in movies. I read online that black vomit can be a sign of bleeding in the digestive tract, which made me freak out even more. Is black vomit serious, or could it just be just something temporary? I did some tests and they said my stomach is a bit irritated but didn't give me a clear answer on the black vomit part. I’ve also been really stressed out lately, and maybe that plays into it, but I just don’t know if I should be panicking or what. I've had some heartburn and little pain lately but nothing too alarming, maybe? I just want to make sure I’m not ignoring any serious symptoms since the whole black vomit thing is like a huge red flag. Has anyone else dealt with this? Advice or insight would be super appreciated!
