I am really struggling with this annoying indigestion, and I need some tips on how to prevent indigestion because it seems to hit me at the most inconvenient times! Like just last week, I had a lovely dinner at a friend's place, and I was super excited about the food. But then outta nowhere, I felt all bloated and uncomfortable after eating. It’s gotten to the point where I’m actually scared to eat out or even try new things, thinking about how to prevent indigestion has been on my mind constantly. I’ve tried changing my diet a bit – less fried stuff, more veggies, and drinking warm water which I read might help. But still, it sneaks up on me. Sometimes I feel like I can't even enjoy a simple meal without worrying about the aftermath. I also noticed that stress plays a part, like if I'm running late or anxious about something, boom – the indigestion arrives. I think it might be related to food combinations too, but then again, I feel like my knowledge is limited. Are there specific foods or habits that can help with how to prevent indigestion? Or should I be looking into some herbs or spices that might work? Any advice would be super helpful! Thanks, everyone!
