Ulcer aur antro ki kamjori ke lakshan ka samna karna vyavaharik roop se kafi challenging ho sakta hai, parantu Ayurved iske liye kai prakar ke upchar pradhan karta hai, jo mool karan par vishesh dhyan dete hai. Pehle aapke dosa ka samarthan karna avashyak hai. Aksar, is samasya ka mool vajra atau pita imbalance ho sakta hai.

Sarvapratham, peptic ulcer ke liye, mithi aur thandi dravyon ka grahan upyukt rahega. Iske liye, mulathi (licorice) powder ka istemal karna faydemand ho sakta hai. Ek chamach mulathi churna ko doodh mein milakar, din mein do bar piye. Ye aapke pachan tantra ki agni ko viksit rakhega aur aapko rahat dega.

Ahar mein amla aur vata vardhak padarthon ko talne ki koshish kare, jaise ki khatti, tikhi aur fried chije. Ghar ka bana halke dhal aur sabziyan anukul rahega. Pachan ko majboot karne ke liye, jeera aur dhaniya se bana peya faydemand hai. Ek chamach jeera aur dhaniya ko ek kap paani mein rakhkar, dhire dhire is peya ko din bhar mein sevan kare.

Thakan aur kamjori ke liye, ashwagandha aur shatavari ka prayog labhdayak ho sakta hai. Ye aapko manasik aur sharirik dridhi pradhan karenge. Raat ko achi nind lene ka pryas kare, din bhar mein vishram dena bhi sallekhya (wisely) avashyak hai. Takan kam karne ke liye, tridoshic massage oils ka prayog karte hue body massage faydemand hota hai.

Aant ki swasthta ke liye, triphala churna ka grahan raat ko garm pani ke sath kare. Ye aapko dhire dhire aapke bowel movements me suvidha pradhan karega. Yadi aswatha ab bhi bane rahe to jaldi kisi ayurvedic chikitsak ki salah le, ye ek mahatvapurn kadam hoga swasthya sudhar ke liye.

Ulcers aur constant fatigue ke biech ka sambandh dikkat dene vala ho sakta hai. Peptic ulcers pet ke lining par ghav bana dete hain jo ki dard, acidity aur stambhan utpan kr skte hain. Ye sthiti vata-imbalanced prakriti aur agni ki dushti ka sanket de skti hai jo ki digestive processes ko kamjor banata hai aur thakan ka karan ban sakti hai.

Sabse pehle, agar ulcer se khoon aana dikhe ya severe abdominal pain ho to turant chikitsiya sahayta lena jaroori hai. Varan humare paas kuch siddha-ayurvedic sujhav hain jo shayad helpfull ho sakte hain. Pehle, apne ahar vyavahar ka vichar karna jaroori hai. Vata-pitta ko santulit karne ke liye, bahar se til ka tel ya ghrit (shuddh ghee) upyog karna sujhavit hai. Ye alpasnehi aur mrudu (oily & gentle) hota hai, jo ki vata shamak hai aur intestinal tract ke liye beneficial ho sakta hai.

Aahar me adhrak (ginger) churan le, ye agni ko prabuddh krta hai lekin agar accha na lage to consult krna chahiye. Neemb paani aur elaichi powder mila kar peene se swadisht lagta hai aur agni ko sudhar sakta hai. Amalpitt (acid reflux) se bachne ke liye, raat ko bhari bhojan taken se save rahain aur programs me heavy activities waqt dilated bowel ke wapati ho भी rukne ka prayas karein.
