I am dealing with this really annoying issue, and I don't wanna go into too much detail, but honestly, it’s been kinda ruining my life lately. I found out I have bawasir after some really uncomfortable symptoms started popping up — like bleeding while going to the bathroom and pain that just won’t quit. I tried some over-the-counter stuff, but it hasn't done much. I went to a doc, and they mentioned some surgical options but also hinted at some natural remedies. That got me thinking... is bawasir curable with Ayurveda? I mean, I've read a little about natural approaches, and I’m really curious about things like diet changes and herbal treatments.
