Seeking Help for Chronic Gastritis and Stomach Pain - #37690

Symptoms - left side stomach pain After eating also mild stomach mapin always exist. Burping even after a sip of water. Chest pain very often since july last week 2025. Diagnosis -did a endoscopy on August 2025 it shows few erosions in antram. And they said antral gastritis. Rut was done and pylori negative. Review endoscopy was done in October 20th 2025.. Erosions noted in antrum and body. Hpylori is negative again. Biopsy was taken and The biopsy shows "Gastric mucosa which shows mild hyperplasia, Mucosal glands & submucosal glands are hyperplastic. Lamina propria & submucosa are infiltrated by lymphocytes, mononuclear cells & plasma cells. Negative for H. pylori organisms, Granulomas & Atypia" Impression - "Chronic gastritis" Am keep taking venoprazan, probiotic, sucralfate, magnesium supplements and zinc supplements. Also am taking vitamin b12 chewing tablets. My b12 was 169 in august when Checked. I was off any non veg foods and dairy products for almost 2 yrs as my baby had a milk protein allergy and i was breastfeeding with a restrictive diet. Right now am just having very pale food from 2 months with the medications given. But see no results. Even before all this health issue started i never had junk foods. We eat variety of vegetables, dals, pulses, greens, millets, ragi, rice in out diet. We rarely cook fried foods and sweets. We rarely eat outside. I am a homemaker. I have 3 yr old kid. I don't have sedatary life. I was active and do lot of work at home. Take simple walks. Do gardening. Life is little stressful and busy with kid. Sleep is slightly disturbed as the kid often wakes up at night. How can i get out of this. Have met 2 gastroenterologist and no one is finding right treatment. This gastritis problem just starting one days suddenly with no prior symptoms. Please guide me with some treatment which can help me to heal.
