I am really worried about my liver health lately. I went for a check-up because I’ve been feeling these weird heaviness in my upper right abdomen, kinda yellowish skin too, and the doc mentioned I should start eating better. So, I’ve been trying to figure out what foods would help out, and I heard somewhere that cucumber is good for liver. Is cucumber good for liver? I've never really eaten much of it before! I’m trying to be more proactive, and on the days when I eat cucumber in salads, I kind of feel lighter, but I just don't know how much of it is actually helping. Like, are there any specific benefits that cucumber has for liver health? Do I need to eat it a certain way or pair it with other things?? I've also read about people putting them in juices — do those count? I mean, I'm trying to make some healthy changes, but I want to be sure they’re the right ones, ya know?
