I am really concerned about my health lately. I was diagnosed with diabetes a few months ago, and I just feel overwhelmed with all the information out there. A friend mentioned that is arjun chaal good for diabetes, and I guess I’m curious but also kinda confused. My blood sugar levels have been all over the place. Sometimes they spike after meals, and I hate feeling that way, ya know? I've tried a bunch of things — changing my diet, exercising more, but nothing seems to be helping as much as I'd hoped. I heard that arjun chaal can help manage blood sugar levels. Has anyone here had success with that?
