I am really struggling with some health issues lately, and I'm trying to figure out how to heal my liver. A few months ago, I noticed my energy levels plummeted, like I was dragging myself through every day. I went to the doc and they mentioned something about fatty liver, which was a bit of shock. Since then, I've been doing loads of research, looking into diets and natural remedies, but honestly, it feels overwhelming. I read about how to heal liver using Ayurvedic methods, but I'm not sure where to start.
