I am kinda confused about something and hope I can get some clarity here. Lately, I’ve been trying to improve my digestion since I’ve been feeling bloated after most meals, ugh, it’s so annoying! A friend recommended this Ayurvedic remedy called trikatu and said it could help with my problem, but honestly, I have no idea what is trikatu or how it actually works. I read somewhere that its made of three spices – black pepper, ginger, and long pepper – but I don’t know if that’s all there is to it. Like, do those all work together or something? I took some herbal supplements recently that had similar ingredients, but they just didn't really make a difference. Now, I’m also a little worried because some sources mentioned possible side effects. Should I be cautious or does it come with benefits that outweigh the negatives? I want to explore this naturally, ya know, and I really could use a boost for my metabolism because I also struggle with weight sometimes. If anybody could explain what is trikatu, how to use it properly, and if it has helped you or someone you know, that’d be awesome! I just feel lost with all this info out there. Thanks!
