I am really struggling with this upset stomach issue lately. I mean, I've tried a bunch of things, but nothing seems to be working. My friend recommended something simple like khichdi, and I'm just wondering, is khichdi good for upset stomach? I remember back when I was a kid, my mom would make it when I was feeling unwell, but I never really thought about why. Right now, I’ve been having this bloating feeling and all that discomfort, like last night was pretty rough. I had some spicy food and today it’s a mess. 😩 Even after taking all these anti-acids, it’s just not helping! I don't want to binge on anything heavy, so khichdi sounds appealing. But I guess I have my doubts. Like, does anyone know specifically if khichdi is good for upset stomach? Is it too starchy? Should I add less or more of certain spices? I mean, I’ve heard it’s easy to digest, but I wanna be sure I’m not making it worse. Any tips on preparation or stuff to add to make it better? Honestly, I just need something that won’t make me feel worse, so thanks for any help!
