I am looking for some guidance on how to apply castor oil in belly button effectively. Last week, I started feeling really bloated and my digestion has been just off for weeks now. I heard from a friend that applying castor oil in the belly button can help with digestion and discomfort. I mean, it sounds kinda weird, right? But, I've tried so many things already, like probiotics and ginger tea, with no relief. Anyway, I read some stuff online about how to apply castor oil in belly button — like, should I use a cotton ball or just my finger? And how much oil do I really need to use? Do you like, just put a drop or should it be soaked? Also, can it be done at night or will that mess with my sleep?
