I am really curious about something... I've been feeling kind of bloated after meals lately, and I've tried changing my diet a bit but nothing seems to help. The other day, I was at this local juice bar and had some sugarcane juice – honestly, it was sooo refreshing! I drank quite a bit of it because it was hot out, and I remembered hearing somewhere that sugarcane juice is good for digestion. But now I’m not sure if that’s really true? Is sugarcane juice good for digestion? I mean, I just want to feel better, you know? A friend mentioned it might help with bloating and overall gut health, but are there any downsides? I drank it pretty fast and felt fine for a bit, but then I had this weird cramping... Maybe I just had too much?? Also, I’m a little confused about the sugar content. Is sugarcane juice good for digestion because it has natural sugars? Like, will those sugars just ferment in my stomach causing more bloating?
