I am really curious about something that’s been on my mind lately. For the past few weeks, I've been feeling bloated and sluggish after meals, and I've been looking into what foods can help with digestion, you know? I read somewhere that grapes are good for you, especially if you eat them with breakfast, but then I also heard that they might not be great to eat on an empty stomach? Like, can we eat grapes empty stomach, or will that just make things worse for my digestive issues? Yesterday, I tried eating grapes first thing in the morning since I was in a rush and didn’t have time for a full breakfast, but honestly, my stomach felt weird afterward. I thought they were supposed to be healthy? I’m a little confused. Also, I usually have a mixed bag of symptoms, like occasional heartburn and just this general feeling of heaviness, so I'm wondering if eating grapes empty stomach could be causing that. I know grapes have all these antioxidants and stuff, but if anyone has experiences or knowledge on this, I could really use some insight!
