I am really confused about how to eat bael leaves. I’ve been doing some research and I read that they’re super good for digestion and can help with my stomach issues. For the last few months, I’ve been dealing with bloating and just feeling sluggish after meals, which has been frustrating, you know? I tried drinking bael juice, but I honestly hate the taste, and I just can't seem to get it down.
