I am really feeling confused about my stomach issues lately. I've been dealing with acidity for a while now, and it's driving me nuts. I read somewhere that sugarcane juice may help with acidity, but I honestly don’t know if that’s really true. Like, I went out for dinner last weekend, and after eating some spicy food, I was just... ugh, it wasn’t pretty. My stomach felt like it was on fire, and I tried all kinds of antacids, but nothing worked long-term. A friend of mine swears by natural remedies, and they suggested I try sugarcane juice?? They said it’s full of natural goodness and really helps soothe the stomach. But like, how does sugarcane juice reduce acidity? Is there any scientific backing to this? I've been buying some fresh sugarcane juice from a local vendor, but I’m not sure if I'm supposed to drink it regularly or just occasionally. Do you guys recommend it??
