I am really confused about whether we can eat curd and lemon together. Last week, I had this really yummy dish at a friend's place that had yogurt and some lemon juice mixed in. I thought it was delicious, but later I heard someone say that curd and lemon shouldn't be combined because it can mess with digestion or something like that. I mean, I love having curd with my meals almost every day, especially in the summers, it's like a cooling thing for me. But now I'm worried. Are there serious side effects? I also tend to have a sensitive stomach, and I’ve experienced things like bloating after certain foods, and I can’t help but feel anxious about trying new combos now. I've been making smoothies with curd and just a splash of lemon for some zing, but after hearing those comments, I’m thinking maybe it’s causing my tummy troubles? Can we eat curd and lemon together safely? I’m really hoping it’s not a big no-no because I enjoying them both a lot! Should I be worried about my digestion if I mix them?
