I am really confused about my diet lately. I read somewhere that mixing certain foods can be bad for you, and now I'm stressing out about my snack choices. I love having curd, like yogurt, and bananas together — they’re my go-to combo! But then a friend told me that can we take curd and banana together? I've never thought twice about it. Last week, I had a bad stomach ache after eating them, and now I’m wondering if it’s because of that mix. I mean, I’ve been reading conflicting things online about curd and banana, so I started to freak out a bit. Some say they’re totally fine together, while others are like, "No way!" It just throws me off, you know? My digestion hasn’t been the best this month, have had bloating, and I've even experienced some heartburn after meals. 😩 I don't want to give up this snack if it’s not the curd and banana causing my issues. So can we take curd and banana together or do I need to rethink this whole thing? Really hoping I ain't ruining my gut health! Thanks!!
