I am struggling with some digestive issues, and a friend recommended trying anjeer. I've read various things online but I still feel a bit confused on what is the benefits of anjeer exactly? Like, does it really help with gut health? Last week, I had this horrible bloating after eating — it was really uncomfortable, and I didn't even eat anything unusual! My doctor did some tests, but everything came back normal, which left me feeling kinda helpless.
