Hello, If the symptoms are only since 4 weeks this needs further clarification to address the issue more appropriately. Can you please share if you recent diagnostic reports like CBC with ESR, lipid profile, vit,b12, vit.d, thyroid profile, kidney function test, s.creatinine etc. Till then you can start with the following: 1. Tablet triphala 2 tablets at bed time with a cup of warm water. 2. Vayu gulika 2 tablets with cumin seed tea after each meal. Take care, Kind regards.
