I am really confused about this tankan bhasma stuff. I've heard a lot about it from my cousin who's super into Ayurveda and swears by it. But, every time I think about trying it, I get this overwhelming feeling of uncertainty. I mean, I tried searching on the web "tankan bhasma how to use," but the info I found was all over the place!
