I am really confused about this whole shatavari thing. I've been hearing a lot about it recently while searching for some natural remedies for my hormonal issues. Ugh, the symptoms are just driving me mad—bloating, mood swings, you name it. I read shatavari is supposed to help balance hormones, which sounds fantastic, but how long does shatavari take to work??
