Seeking Help for Gut Issues, Weight Gain, and Skin Health - #40904

Hi I am 33 year old man. height : 5'6 current weight : 51 kg My past medical history : 1. I was suffering from very high triglycerides, Fatty liver grade-1, gut health issues, acne on face but i have made many changes in my lifestyle to get rid of these high triglycerides, Fatty liver issues and currently triglycerides and liver related issues are sorted. But gut related some issues are still thier like bloating or some time indigestion as well. I try to eat less oily food and suggery food. My weight got reduced from 63kg to 51 kg in last 9-10 months. Now I am trying to increase my weight in healthy way. 1. 8:00 AM - woke up 2. 8:10 AM - first I drink around 250-300 ml room temperature plain water 2. 8:30 AM - Eat 5 almonds, 7-8 black raisin, and 2 dates. all these dry fruits i eat overnight soaked. 3. 9:30 AM - Breakfast 4. 1:30 PM - Lunch 5. 5:30 PM - Evening Snack or fruits 6. 8:30 PM - Dinner 7. 11 PM - Over day soaked 2 walnuts 8. 12:30 AM - Sleep Additional item: 1. i take 1 tbsp flex seed powder with lunch 2. 1 small piece raw turmeric finger soaked in lemon juice is eating with lunch because winter is started I drink around 2 L water every day and my most of the time urine color is pale color. Activity: 1. Am software engineer and working from home since corona time. 2. After every meal, i do light walk for 5-10 mins and chew fennel seeds 3. 15-20 mins walk in evening or at 10:30 PM 4. Most of the time Stress level is low to moderate but sometime high due to work load but not regulary and also am overthinking person. Current issues --------------- 1. I experience heat (sometime too much heat) in my body. 2. Frequently sore throat and cough sometime after eating dry fruits in morning. 3. Still some gut issue is there like bloating or some time indigestion as well 4. Under weight 5. Dull skin color How can i get rid of these issues and how to improve digestion ?
