I am really concerned about my digestion lately. I’ve had this bloating and discomfort for weeks now, and when I spoke to a friend, they mentioned that maybe I should look into what curd contains and how it might help. I don’t eat dairy much, maybe like a spoonful of yogurt here and there. Just yesterday, I tried some plain curd with my lunch, and I got this weird thrumming sensation in my stomach.
