मेरा नाम आशा हे। मे 18 साल की हू। अभी मुजे कुछ दीन से भुख कम लगती हे। ओर कब्ज की समस्या रहती हे। थकानरहती हे। पीरियड भी 20 /22 दीन मे आते हे। 5_6 दीन रहता हे।

खान-पान में परिवर्तन करना आवश्यक है। सुबह खाली पेट एक गिलास गर्म पानी में नींबू का रस और थोड़ा शहद मिलाकर लें; इससे पाचन तंत्र उत्तेजित होता है। भोजन में फाइबर-युक्त आहार जैसे सब्जियाँ, सलाद, फल और साबूत अनाज शामिल करें। अजवाइन और सौंफ को भोजन के बाद चबा सकते हैं जिससे पाचन सुधारने में मदद मिलेगी।

तैलीय और मसालेदार भोजन से बचें, क्यूंकि ये पाचन को और खराब कर सकते हैं। दिन में दो से तीन बार गुनगुने पानी का सेवन करें, यह आंतों को स्वस्थ रखता है और कब्ज दूर करने में सहायक होता है। साथ ही अपने भोजन में घी का उपयोग करें, यह आपके अग्नि को बढ़ाने में सहायक होगा।
