I am kinda worried about my liver health lately! I've been feeling really sluggish and just not myself. A few weeks ago, after some bloodwork my doctor mentioned my liver enzymes were a bit elevated, so I started exploring more natural ways to support my liver. A friend recommended this herbal product called Liv 52, which is said to be really good for liver function. I read great things about it! But here’s where my head's at... can we take liv 52 daily without any issues? I mean, I want to be careful, right? I've heard conflicting info about taking supplements all the time. Like, would it be overdoing it to tak it every day? I don’t want to end up with other problems while trying to fix this. I’ve also read somewhere that there may be side effects, but not too sure what those might be. I was thinking of combining it with a cleaner diet too, but I’m definetly unsure if that’s enough.
