I am feeling kinda lost lately with this health issue and my friend mentioned something about panchgavya, but I honestly have no clue what is panchgavya?! I’m trying to learn more about it! A few months ago, I started dealing with some really annoying digestive issues, like bloating and gas that just won’t go away! I’ve tried various diets and even some over-the-counter stuff, but nothing seems to work. Then yesterday, my friend goes on about this panchgavya cure, saying it’s great for people like me and could help restore balance in my body or something. But what is panchgavya even made of? Are there specific ingredients that help with digestion? Also, I read online that it’s derived from cow products, which got me thinking—does that mean it’s suitable for everyone? Do you guys recommend it for someone with my issues? I honestly don't want to try something that might make things worse. Like, I’ve had enough with my stomach already!
