I am dealing with some ongoing digestive issues and was hoping to find more info on what is vasti, because I've seen it mentioned a few times lately. Last month, I had this crazy bloating and discomfort that just wouldn't go away. A friend suggested trying some Ayurvedic remedies, and they even mentioned that a treatment like vasti could help, but honestly, I don't really understand what that means. I tried looking it up but got confused with all the technical terms. All I gathered is that it involves using medicated oils or herbal infusions, which sounds interesting but also kinda intimidating. I've also been hearing that it's great for balancing doshas? Not sure if my dosha is outta whack or what, but somethings definitely off.
