I am feeling really confused about my diet since I got diagnosed with fatty liver, which is kinda scary. The doc told me to watch what I eat, but it's hard to figure everything out. I keep wondering, can we drink milk in fatty liver? Like, is it really okay, or will it make things worse? I used to love my morning glass of milk, but now I'm not sure if it's good for me anymore. I tried doing some research, but some sources say it's fine, while others are like, avoid it at all costs! My friend said that dairy can be heavy on the liver, but then I think about how milk is supposed to have good nutrients, maybe it could help? Lately, I've been feeling bloated and sometimes a bit nauseous after meals, and I can't help but think maybe it’s the milk screwing things up. But then again, I also read somewhere that fermented dairy like yogurt can be beneficial? Ugh, I'm really lost! If milk is a no-go, what alternatives should I even consider for my meals? Can we drink milk in fatty liver or is that just a bad idea? Could really use some guidance, thanks!
