I am kinda lost and could really use some advice. I've been dealing with PCOD for a while now, and honestly, it's been a struggle with all the weird symptoms like those pesky mood swings and unpredictable cycles. Last month, my doctor suggested looking into dietary changes and mentioned that is ghee good for PCOD, but I don't know much about it. Honestly, I grew up hearing about how ghee is this magical kitchen ingredient, but can it actually help with PCOD? I mean, I always thought it was more for cooking and pretty tasty, right? But I’ve started to feel like I’m on this rollercoaster of trying to balance everything, and with PCOD in play, it’s just more chaos. I read somewhere that ghee can help with digestion and maybe that’s a plus? But then, I worry if it’ll add to the issues with weight gain or inflammation which I heard can be a problem with PCOD too. Is ghee really good for PCOD, or is it just one of those fads? Like, some people swear by it, but I’m super skeptical. Any insights would be really helpful!
