Seeking Remedies for Low Stomach Fire and Digestive Issues - #42064

I am a 50 year old female with diabetes,BP and hypothyroid issues... I have always had stomach issues like bloating, gas, belching, indigestion etc...3-4 days back I had a bout of diarrhea...I checked my stomach acid through baking soda test and I burped after 18 minutes...I need to improve my stomach fire...I read that hingavashtak choorna is best to increase stomach fire.. can I use that or are there any better medicine for low stomach fire?

NAMASTE, Considering your problems,I recommend the following treatment plan for you- 1. Abhyaristha - 2 tsp with 2 tsp water after breakfast and dinner 2. Udarkalpa churna- 1 tsp with lukewarm water at bedtime 3. Chitrakadi vati 1-0-1 before lunch and dinner 4.Arogyavardhni vati. - 2 tab each after breakfast and dinner

Diet- Avoid peas, cauliflower , capsicum. Drink ajwain water throughout the day Take light and easily digestible meals. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol. Yoga- Mandookasana,kapalbhati , vajrasana - 15 MIN DAILY

Lifestyle modifications - .Never skip breakfast. Eat something before 9 am . . Avoid prolonged sitting. Take 5 min break after sitting for 1 hour. .Walk for 30 minutes after dinner. .Take proper sleep at night.Sleep on your left side .
