I am kind of confused about my diet lately, especially with this PCOD issue I've been dealing with. I've been trying to eat healthier and heard different opinions on what’s good or bad for it. My doc said reducing sugar is key, but a friend mentioned that jaggery might actually be beneficial for PCOD. Like, is jaggery good for PCOD?? I really wanna know if I should be including it in my meals or just avoiding it altogether.
