खाना खाने से पहलेऔर बाद में डकार आते हैं। गैस बनते है पेट मेंआवाजआती है। पेट साफ नहीं होता। बदन पर खुजली आती हैं जीभ पर सफेद परत है।भूख नहीं लगती।प्यास लगती हैं।उपवास के दीन भी भूख नहीं लगती।एक आयुर्वेद डॉक्टर ने shhnkhvati दी हैफिर भी डकारे आती हैं गैस बनते है।अब अजीर्ण कंटक रसखआने को बोला है।वजन कम हो गया है। सासे है फूलती है।त्वचा बहुत रुखी है। उमर ४० है।वजन ३६ ।महिला ह।

भोजन के बाद डकार और गैस से राहत पाने के लिए, भोजन के साथ हिंग्वाष्टक चूर्ण का सेवन करें। यह वात को नियंत्रित करने में सहायक हो सकता है और पाचन को मजबूत कर सकता है। भोजन के बाद, ½ चम्मच चूर्ण एक गिलास गर्म पानी के साथ लें।

रोज सुबह खली पेट एक गिलास गुनगुने पानी में नींबू का रस मिलाकर पीने की आदत डालें। यह न केवल पाचन को बढ़ावा देगा बल्कि आपके शरीर को डिटॉक्स भी करेगा।

त्वचा की रूखापन के लिए, नारियल का तेल या तिल तेल का इस्तेमाल करें। स्नान के बाद या पहले शरीर पर मालिश करें।

आहार में सुधार अनिवार्य है। ताजे, पकाये हुए और हल्के भोजन का सेवन करें, और ठंडा, बासी या अत्यंत मसालेदार भोजन से बचें।

पेट की आवाजों से बचने के लिए, अन्न का संतुलित मात्रा में सेवन करें और अधिक भोजन करने से बचें। छोटे-छोटे खाने के अंतराल रखें।
