I am really confused and need some help here. I’ve just started looking into natural remedies and herbal drinks, and I stumbled upon this thing called kokum juice. Like, what is kokum juice exactly? I mean, I’ve been reading about it, and people say it's great for digestion and stuff, but I'm not sure how to incorporate it into my diet.
