I am really struggling with some health issues lately and started to wonder if does ayurvedic medicine work for me. Like, I’ve been dealing with constant fatigue and these weird digestive problems that just won’t go away. I’ve tried a bunch of stuff, but nothing seems to help. Last week, I went to my regular doctor, and they just prescribed me some pills, but that’s not what I feel like I need, you know? Then my friend mentioned how her whole family swears by ayurvedic treatments and really believes in how does ayurvedic medicine work. It's all natural stuff, and I thought maybe that could be the answer? I mean, I feel tired all the time, and my digestion is such a mess now, it’s frustrating! I’ve been reading about it, but still kinda confused. Does it really make a difference? I heard stuff about doshas and herbs, but honestly, I don’t know where to start. Has anyone had any experience with does ayurvedic medicine work for fatigue or digestive issues? As much as I want to give it a try, I’m also a bit skeptical, ya know? Like, is it worth it?
