I am really confused about something I’ve been dealing with lately. A few months ago, I started feeling this heavy feeling in my stomach after every meal, like my liver is just all outta whack or something. My friends were talking about how they have been taking triphala for digestion and liver health, but I’m not sure if that’s gonna work for me. Is triphala good for liver health? I did some research, and it seems like people rave about it, but honestly, I have my doubts. Like, I tried some herbal things before and they just didn't help.
