I am really worried about my health lately. For the past few months, I've been feeling really out of sorts, and after going to my doc, they said I might have a hormonal imblance. I’ve got all these symptoms like crazy mood swings, fatigue, and my skin is just breaking out like I'm a teenager again! It's super frustrating because I try to eat healthy and exercise, but nothing seems to work. I researched a bit and came across some Ayurvedic approaches, which sound interesting but I'm unsure. Can hormonal imbalance be cured through Ayurveda, or is it more about managing symptoms? Also, I've heard about some herbal remedies like ashwagandha and shatavari, but I don't know if they really help in curing these issues or just like masking them.
