Maidha Postik Churna ek ayurvedic churn hai jo sharirik bal evam takat ko badhane ke liye upyog kiya jata hai. Vivah ke sthiti se iska koi sambandh nahi hota, atah aap vivahit hain ya nahi, iska istemal kiya ja sakta hai agar aap kamzori mehsoos kar rahe hain. Churna ka main uddeshya sharirik takat aur stamina ko badhana hai.

Iske upyog se pahle, kuch cheezen dhyaan rakhni chahiye. Pehle, aapka dosha prakriti samajhna zaroori hai kyonki kuch churn aapke prakriti ke anuroop nahi ho sakte. Agar aap vaat dosha prabhavit hain, toh wyavas improper digestion ya gas ki samasya ho sakti hai. Vise bhi maidhatupostik churn aamtaur par sabhi prakriti ke log le sakte hain, lekin adhiktam labh ke liye vyavasthit dosha balancing anusar prashasan dhyan dena uchit hai.

Churna ko din mein ek ya do baar, adhi chamach se lekar take lukewarm doodh ya paani ke saath le sakte hain. Lekin, agar aap kisi bhi prakar ki allergic ya lambe samay se kisi bimari se grast hain, to isse lene se pehle aapke personal physician ya ayurvedic expert se sampark karein.
