I am really struggling with my digestion lately, like, my stomach just feels off most of the time. I read somehwere that eating curd might help, but I’m confused. Is curd good for stomach issues or maybe just a myth? A couple weeks ago, I had this terrible bloating and gas after meals, and it made me totally miserable. I tried avoiding dairy because I thought that might be the cause, but then I heard people say that curd can actually be soothing?? 😕 I legit used to enjoy curd like every day, especially with some fruit, but now I keep freakin out about whether I should have it or not. I did some research, and I read that curd has probiotics which might be good for gut health?? But, like, is curd good for stomach issues specifically? If my stomach is already upset, would it just make things worse? Also, how much should I eat if I do decide to give it another shot? Ugh, I don’t know. Feels like there's too many opinions out there. Any help would really be appreciated!
