I am really struggling with figuring out how to use triphala powder properly. My best friend swears by it, says it's the holy grail for digestion, and I thought hey, why not give it a shot? But man, I’m confused! I've tried taking it before meals like she suggested, but I didn’t really notice any difference. I even mixed it in water and drank it, but part of me thinks I did something wrong? Like, am I supposed to take it on an empty stomach or after eating? I read somewhere that mixing it with honey or ghee can make it more effective, but I have no clue how much to use. Also, I have this ongoing issue with bloating and occasional discomfort after meals and I thought triphala could help with that. I don’t know if I’m being impatient or if the dosage is off or what! Could someone shed some light on how to use triphala powder correctly? Should I be taking it daily or just when I feel crummy? I just really want to get it right and see if it can actually help with my tummy troubles... any insight would be soooo appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
