I am really struggling with some health issues, and I feel like they might be linked to my liver. Over the past few months, I’ve been feeling super fatigued and sometimes even a bit nauseous. I did some tests recently and the results indicated that there might be some liver heat. I’m kinda new to all this but I heard that understanding how to reduce liver heat naturally is crucial, but I honestly don’t know where to start. I mean, I used to eat really well, lots of veggies and stuff, but in the past few months, with work and everything, I’ve been grabbing junk food on the go.
