I am really curious about this whole ashwagandha thing. Recently, I started taking it for stress and, honestly, it’s helped a bit! But, I’ve also heard some people say that ashwagandha might affect hormone levels in women, like does ashwagandha increase estrogen in females? I'm not sure if it's true or just a myth, ya know?
