I have been suffering from acidity from long time andI have taken many ayurvedic meds and allopathic to right now iam aloevera juice kamdhudha ras and amlapittanak yog tablet the problem is that in morning empty stomachI have acidity everyday and after breakfast I feel very full sometimes and no hunger in lunch time too not everyday before that been taking avipattika and mulethi but itdoesn'tdo me good and sometimes I Can't burp feeling stuck burp
